Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Blackboard in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This will be a firm-fixed price contract for the acquisition of Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) hosting services and software maintenance licenses (this contractor has performed this service for the last nine years). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518210 and the size standard is $32.5 million. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 05/18/2016 at 12:00pm Central Standard Time (CST).
