Description

Emergency procurement for the following service. BACKGROUND: The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System (HCS) requires continued MPLS data circuits for connectivity to its associated CBOCs, Vet Centers, Annex, backup circuit to Black Hills VA HCS and additional circuits to support communications requirements at the Sioux Falls VA HCS. Sioux Falls VA Medical Center 2501 W 22nd St Sioux Falls, SD 57105-1305 Sioux Falls VA assigned Community Based Outpatient Clinic locations; Aberdeen, SD, 2301 8th Street Suite 225, Aberdeen, SD 57401 Sioux City, Iowa, 1551 Indian Hills Drive Suite 206, Sioux City, IA 51104 Spirit Lake, Iowa, 1310 Lake Street, Spirit Lake, IA 51360 Watertown, South Dakota, 917 29th St SE, Watertown, SD 57201 Wagner, South Dakota, 400 W. Hwy 46, Wagner, SD 57380 REQUIREMENTS: 1.MPLS technology 2.Ability to provide circuits in size from 5 Mbps to 100 Mbps 3.Ability to interface to existing VA equipment with no additional cost to be incurred by Sioux Falls VA HCS 4.Immediate Help Desk support and Service tech available within 2 hours of breakdown/call 5.Ability to configure as point-point circuits 6.Ability to provide required services to Community Based Outpatient Clinic locations assigned to the Sioux Falls, SD Veterans Administration. 7.Provide past contract or contract related performance 8.The vendor will adhere to all VA information security policies and procedures listed within this document
