Delivery Schedule: 180 DADC Set-aside Status: 100% Small Business Set-aside (i) A description of the procedures to be used in awarding the contract (e.g., request for oral or written quotation or solicitation), and (ii) The anticipated award date: 10 OCT 2016 Except as modified or amplified in RFP this item contains class C explosives. DFARS 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions for Ammunition and Explosives applies. Acquisition contains explosive Naval Ordnance items which require special security, safety and transportation clauses, which may be found in Section I. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided by the Navy. This procurement is restricted to qualified sources authority (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or unrestricted. This item is an explosive device. A safety survey will be required. Explosive weight.006600 LBS, Explosive Class 1.4. Production lot testing, first article testing, contractor data requirements list, and FOB origin apply.
