Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) intends to issue Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) VA249-16-R-0319. The VA desires to lease sufficient square footage of real property to yield up to approximately 18,816 net usable square feet (NUSF) of contiguous space and 100 parking spaces in Jackson, TN for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic with Home Based Primary Care and Optometry Services. The VA will consider space located in an existing building as well as land for new construction. Space must be located on a single floor and comply with all current building, seismic and ADA code requirements. As lease term up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: Bounded in the north by Ashport Road. Bounded in the west by Bypass 45. Bounded in the south by US Route 70/Chester Street. Bounded in the east by US Highway 70. This is a pre-solicitation notice published in response to the previous Expression of Interest that was posted under VA249-16-R-0319 and closed on April 4, 2016. All site visits have been completed. Solicitation will be issued on or about 30 days after the closing date of this notice.
