Description

This solicitation VA246-15-Q-1097_2_MOD_3 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. No telephone requests will be accepted. Only completed SF1449 Solicitations received directly from the requester are acceptable. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure that the quote is received. The anticipated award date is October 1, 2016. Purpose of this modification is to update the Performance Work Statement in Section B.3, 6.2 Transportation, of the solicitation. Modification consists of the inclusion of the Greyhound Bus Station and local restaurants to the list of available shuttle locations within the 10 mile radius. Updated Performance Work Statement is attached to this document. All questions must be emailed to Lori.Miller@va.gov and Evelyn.Ligon-Moton@va.gov, NLT May 12, 2016 at 2PM. Please reference Asheville Off-Site Beneficiary Lodging, so that they can be posted and answered via FBO and visible to all interested parties. No other changes have been made and responses remain due on May 19, 2016 NLT 2PM.
