This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Peerless energy Systems LLC, 4601 South 76th Circle Omaha, NE 68127 pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud MN intends to procure a Vacuum pump for the Omaha VA's Research Department on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals.
