- Sources Sought - Revised Statement of Work (SOW) 04272016 The 92 Contracting Squadron (92 CONS), Fairchild Air Force Base (FAFB) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research. FAFB seeks sources capable of: 1) cost-per-test leasing, 2) lease/purchase, or 3) selling one (1) Hematology Analyzer, meeting the elements of performance identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Market Research obtained herein will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The contractor shall provide one (1) Hematology Analyzer over a period of 1 base year + 4 option years, necessary to produce Complete Blood Counts (CBCs) and Automated Differential (DIFF). The vendor's capability statement/proposal must include: 1) Equipment Lease, 2) Supplies/Reagents, 3) 24/7 Technical/Specialist Support, 4) Equipment Maintenance, Repair, and Refresh 5) Warranty and Replacement; 6) Fixed CPT for CBCs and DIFFs performed in the facility (3,000 tests/annually). 7) Unit Measurements Not to Exceed: "55 (D) in x 40 (W) in x 60 (H) in x 300 lbs (Wt)" for analyzer, analyzer clearance, monitor, keyboard, CPU, printer and pneumatic supply. All items and services shall be provided in accordance with all federal, state, local laws, and regulations, manufacturers recommended standards, commercial requirements, and the SOW. The system must have a windows-based printer, read/write disk drive for data input and archiving result capabilities using CD-ROM or USB flash drive. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME AND FUNDING IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. This information request does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of information is voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for costs incurred. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and an award(s) may/may not be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted, and no feedback will be provided regarding information submitted.
