Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Idaho City: Idaho Falls Delineated Area: North: W 33rd N (Iona Road), East: N 45th E (Crowley Road), South: W 65th S (York Road), and West: N 35th W (New Sweden School Road) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,200 Space Type: Clinical Parking Spaces Total: 16 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies clinical and related space in a building under lease in Idaho Falls, Idaho that has expired. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
