For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX6F6589AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a one time buy contract, a quantity of 125 each of a HOUSING INPUT, MODULE MAIN GEAR BOX, NSN: 1650-01-090-5929, Part Number: 70351-08003-041 applicable to the UH-60 (BE) BLACKHAWK weapon system. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION (CAGE CODE: 78286). Production Lead Time (PLT) is 360 days after receipt of order (DARO) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX 75507-5000 (DODAAC W562RM). This item requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source require acquisition of the item from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl _cmo_samsar (select AMCOM Spare Parts Manufacturer or Distributor SAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release.
