- On or about 20 May 2016, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer St. Louis District office will issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) for the Tree Trimming Services at Wappapello Lake. This solicitation will be for small businesses participation only under the NAICS Code 561730 with a limited size standard of $7.5 Million. Please be advised contractors must have their company registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) formerly known as the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database with the North American Industrial Classification Systems code (NAICS) 561730, PRIOR TO RECEIVING AN AWARD.
