Description
Session 2 - Interested Vendor Submission This announcement is for Session 2 and replaces the previous announcement of March 24, 2016. All vendors that previously responded to the March 24, 2016 will need to resubmit their request in accordance with the instructions below. Program Executive Office for Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO-C3T), Project Manager Tactical Radios (PM TR) would like to organize a working group with Government and Industry to discuss various network management topics as they relate to the PM TR portfolio of radios. The objective of the working group is to collectively determine the path forward on local network management capabilities for tactical radios and networks. Specific topics include: -Network Management Protocols -Efficient Use of Bandwidth -Network Monitoring -Local Radio Modifications -Implementation strategies The second working group will be conducted on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. EDT until 4:00 PM EDT. The working group will be conducted via teleconference. A dial-in number and password will be provided to participants with the agenda. Interested participants must have an active SECRET security clearance or higher. Participants shall have their security officer submit a request via the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) to W4GVAA-62. Additionally, interested parties shall complete the attached excel spreadsheet entitled "Session 2 - Interested Vendor Submission", which includes fields for: individual name (not to exceed 4 participants per company), email, telephone number, company name & Cage Code, security clearance level for each individual, and Security Management Office (SMO) code. The completed excel spreadsheet must be sent to Michael Gomes, michael.m.gomes.civ@mail.mil, 443-861-4967 by May 10, 2016 at 5:00 PM EDT. A record of the working group shall be made and furnished to industry via FebdBizOpps. The record will include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers. All expenses associated with attendance will be the responsibility of the participant(s)
