Description

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Q&A) Please see the attached Questions and Answers below. The deadline for proposal submission is extended to 2:00 P.M. Central Time on 6 May 2016. Q1. The Statement of Work list 120 Time Base Modules that are version 3.0. We do not support that version for recalibration and on the last contract we had with NAVO we had a line item for upgrading a total of 42 units of the Version 3.0 to the Version 4.0. Is it that there are 78 more Version 3.0 units that will need to be upgraded. Answer Q1: After discussion with N911 and N93 engineers and technical personnel I have confirmed that the latest inventory of SISMTB Version 3 Timer Modules is Qty. 120. When and if each of these will be converted to Version 4 or simply replaced is not known at this time. If and when the need arises for the conversion, the work can be handled under Paragraph 2.2 of the S.O.W. which follows: "NAVO shall be notified of any modules that cannot be sufficiently recalibrated along with a recommendation for dispensation (ie excess or additional rework of module). If additional rework is required, a written cost proposal shall be submitted to the NAVO contracting officer and technical point of contact for evaluation. "
