Notice for Traverse City, MI - Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) The Department of Veterans Affairs conducted a Market Surveys on October 27, 2015 and February 23, 2016 in Traverse City, MI to identify qualified properties, both existing buildings and land sites, for a 22,500 Net Usable Square Foot (NUSF) Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Notice: This is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this notice. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon this notice.
