- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Troop Support) intends to support the needs of its customers by entering into one (1) Indefinite Delivery Long Term Contract per group for three years (36 months). This solicitation contains the estimated bread and bakery item requirements for customers in Oklahoma and Kansas. The solicitation contains five (5) groups: Group I: Altus/Tinker AFB, OK Group II: Fort Riley, KS Group III: McConnell AFB, KS Group IV: Fort Still, OK Group V: Fort Leavenworth, KS These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Bread and Bakery Products for delivery beginning Sunday, August 14, 2016 and ending Saturday, August 10, 2019. Anticipated solicitation issue date is approximately mid-May. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com.
