Description

J&A This is an intended sole source acquisition to Valor Network, Inc., for teleradiology services supporting the Keesler Medical Center at Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), Mississippi. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about 4 May 16. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 621512 and the size standard is $15.0M. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 and supported by the findings contained in the Justification and Approval (J&A) determination uploaded to Fedbizopps with this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received before the offer due date specified on the solicitation/RFQ will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
