- Notice for Charlotte Hall, MD - Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) VA101-15-R-0022 17,741 NUSF The Department of Veterans Affairs conducted a Market Survey on May 5, 2015 in Charlotte Hall, MD to identify qualified properties, both existing buildings and land sites, for a 17,741 Net Usable Square Foot (NUSF) Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Notice: This is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this notice. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon this notice. The four (4) following sites have been selected for further consideration: 1.Three Notch Road & Charlotte Hall Road, Charlotte Hall, MD The site is 21.94 acres with 11 acres available for development at the corner (west side) of Charlotte Hall Road and Three Notch Road (Route 5). There is no need to respond to this specific notification at this time, however specific response due dates and times for this project will be posted in future notices and/or solicitation on FBO.gov. RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT VA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT and THE GOVERNMENT WILL PAY NO MORE THAN THE APPRAISED FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR LAND AND FOR RENTAL SPACE.
