- This is a Sources Sought Notice for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 339113 and the Size Standard is 750 employees. Successful vendor must be registered in the SAM with NAICS code 339113. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award a Firm, Fixed-Price contract to the successful offeror using FAR Part 12 commercial items procedures. The requirement is for the Invivo Expression MRI Patient monitor, MR400, brand name or equal, with the IP5 Information portal and accessories. Product shall include the following salient characteristics: Shall include capabilities to monitor ECG, SpO2, IBP, NIBP, CO2 for both critical pediatric neonates and adults. Shall include wireless communications between measurement modules for SpO2 and ECG monitoring to minimize number of wires around patient undergoing MRI examination. Shall have data communications between scan room devices and outside control room display shall be wireless. In room devices shall be able to operate up to 5,000 Gauss magnetic field strength. Complete range of Single -use disposable accessories to monitor ECG, SpO2, IBP, NIBP, CO2 for pediatric neonates and adults shall be available. Interested vendors may submit in writing their capabilities and qualifications demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement identified in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to email donna.f.tomita.civ@mail.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 4 May 2016 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
