A. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. As information obtained from this announcement will potentially be utilized to help develop the Government acquisition strategy (including, but not limited to, tenability of a small business set-aside), it is paramount that interested parties fully respond.
