- Drawing Set for W91QVN-16-R-0033 RFP for MATOC contractors (Non-Work Plan) Repair Dining Facility B-550, Kunsan AB Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. See FAR Subpart 52.232-18 in this solicitation. "THIS IS RFP FOR NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING MATOC WORK-PLAN CONTRACTORS ONLY" W91QVN-14-D -0031, -0032, -0033, -0034, -0035, -0036, -0037, -0038, -0039, -0041, -0043, -0044, -0045, -0046, 0047,0048, 0049 and 0050. A. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 Alt I in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card w hen attending the site visit orientation B. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: Proposal shall be submitted by 13:00 hours on the closing date. C. Instruction for offrors: See Section L for details. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "No-offer letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation.
