Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NC07) has a requirement for IV mounted power strip with 20 amp compatible with poles up to 1.5" in diameter. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, affording all small business concerns the opportunity to provide a bid. This requirement shall be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The Government shall issue a Firm-Fixed Price solicitation via fbo.gov on or around April 29, 2016 in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This is not a solicitation and the government is not entering into a binding agreement per this pre-solicitation notification. Background: The requested IV mounted power strip shall be compatible with the identified functional features listed below for verification of the agency need. The requested power strips will be utilized on IV poles in the Operating Room; also multiple pieces of life saving medical equipment will be connected, which requires a reset button.
