Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-16-G-0001 to The Boeing Company (TBC) to procure retrofit parts in support of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 1121/AFC-621 "Main Landing Gear Critical Components Retrofit Kits". This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 USC 2304 (C)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
