Original Abstract: Proposals are being requested and this solicitation DTFAEN-16-R-00053 is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). Boron, CA. 93516 Performance time for the entire project is 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Primary NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15.0. This requirement is offered as a Total Small Business set aside. SITE VISIT: Site visits must be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting: Carolyn Barclay at 661-948-9597 or 661-816-0841 no later than Friday Apr 1, 2016 at 3:00 PM PST. The site visit is scheduled for 5 April, 2016 at 10:00 AM PST. (In the event of an excess number of potential contractors requesting to attend the site visit, another site visit will be added for 6 April, 2016 at 10:00 AM PST.)
