Description

STATEMENT OF WORK The contractor shall remove, dispose of and replace chain link fence and repair/replace vinyl fence at the West Haven, CT facility: "Remove and dispose of damaged chain link and top rails (estimated 630 ft.) "Cut posts at ground level, remove and dispose "Remove and dispose of the following: oBrush oDebris oRock oVine oSmall trees up to 4" "Install chain link fence (estimated 630 ft.) oLine posts "2 ½ inch schedule 40 galvanized steel "Spaced at 10 feet "Installed at a minimum depth of 2 ½ to 3 feet with industry standard concrete oTerminal posts "3 inch schedule 40 galvanized steel "Installed at a minimum depth of 2 ½ to 3 feet with industry standard concrete oTop rail "1 5/8 inch schedule 40 galvanized steel oChain link "2 inch 9 gauge galvanized wire "Rebuild/Repair 32 feet of vinyl fence and posts The above tasks are to be performed in the following areas: "The area from Ring Road to Parking Lot #6 "The area that is located behind building #36 All work shall be performed on weekends. Prior to the commencement of work, the vendor is to contact the grounds supervisor, Stephen Jansen, at 203-506-4102. The supervisor will coordinate accordingly.
