- RFP SPE60016R0522 Laboratory services in Guam Attachment 5 Wage Determination for laboratory services in Guam Attachment 3 Past Performance Questionnaire for laboratory services in Guam Attachment 4 Small Business Subcontracting Plan Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement for laboratory services in Guam Attachment 2 Offeror's Submission Package for laboratory services in Guam Solicitation number SPE600-16-R-0522 is issued to acquire laboratory testing services of Government-owned fuel in the island of Guam. All testing will be performed in strict accordance with test methods. Testing of U. S. Government-owned fuel products are required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (including holidays). Contractor personnel who interact with DLA-Energy personnel in performance of these services must be able to speak English. The performance period is four years 01 July 2016 to 30 June 2020.
