- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in the Tampa, FL area. The location where services are to be provided should be within a five (5) mile radius of the intersections of N. Dale Mabry Hwy (US 92) and E Kennedy Blvd. (State Road 60) in Tampa, FL 33609. Additionally, the location where treatment services are to be provided should be accessible to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on November 01, 2016 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on October 31, 2026. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, Option Year Four, Option Year Five, Option Year Six, Option Year Seven, Option Year Eight, and Option Year Nine, respectively. The following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) Community Treatment Services (CTS) most recent Statement of Work dated April 2016 - Master's required. The request for quote will be available on or about June 10, 2016 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about July 1, 2016. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
