Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS) requires the consultative services of an Anesthesiologist (MDA) and/or a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a background in anesthesia staffing models to review the staffing levels and the services provided by the MVAHCS Anesthesiology Department. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 62111 'Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists),' with a size standard of $11.0 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation number will be VA263-16-R-0436. The solicitation is designated as a total small business set-aside. Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about April 26, 2016 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Once the solicitation has been posted, questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and may be sent via email to: joel.felberg@va.gov. Proposals must be submitted in writing to the issuing office, be in accordance with the preparation instructions outlined in the solicitation, and be timely.
