Description

Combined Synopsis Solicitation The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to solicit and award a 4-year (base year + 3 option years) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. This action is intended as a sole source award directed to Skyline Software Systems Inc. of 13873 Park Center Road Suite 201, Herndon VA 20171, in accordance with Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items 41 U.S.C. 1901(a)(2) and FAR Sub 13.5(c)and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Skyline TerraBuilder and TerraExplorer software maintenance. TerraBuilder and TerraExplorer software supports the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) system. The proposed action is for a procurement of annual software maintenance/support for quantity 151 Skyline TerraBuilder and 264 Skyline TerraExplorer software. These items and quantities are the same in the base year and each of the option years. TerraBuilder and TerraExplorer software and software maintenance is exclusively developed and distributed by Skyline Software Systems Inc. This procurement is a Request for Proposal under solicitation number W56JSR-16-Q-0005. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 511210. The posting date for this Synopsis April 26, 2015 and the closing date for responses is May 11, 2015. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
