Description

The following questions were received in reference to this sources sought notice. The purpose of the sources sought is to see if any contractors can fulfill the requirement. The questions received are answered below. 1. Question: Are responses due at 12:00 PM CT on April 27, 2016? Or 14 days after the posting date (as also noted on the Sources Sought)? Answer: Contractors may provide a response by 4 May 16, 12:00 pm, CST. 2. Question: Anticipated time frame to receive funding approval (e.g. Q3FY16) 3. Question: Anticipated time frame to determine acquisition strategy (e.g. Q3FY16) 4. Question: Anticipated solicitation release and award time frames (e.g. Q4FY16) 5. Estimated contract duration, Expected contract type (FFP, LH?), Government estimate of most probable cost (GEMPC), Name of "program or procurement" Officer or Representative 6. Procured under a full and open competition If not, which set-aside will it be acquired under? 7. Would you be able to share the incumbent contract number/s? The following answer is in response to questions 2-7. Answer: This is not a request for proposal or solicitation, or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. This SSS is in support of market research being conducted by the USAF to determine if this effort can be competed.
