Description

Presolicitation Notice The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for HIV Testing Systems for the Saint Louis and Kansas City VA Medical Centers. The solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334516. The size standard is 1,000 employees. All other details will be included in the Request for Quotes (RFQ), which will be released on April 26, 2016 with a deadline of April 28, 2016. Quotes shall be submitted via email referencing the solicitation number VA255-16-Q-0440 in the subject line to yvonne.kittling@va.gov. All amendments, any other information pertaining to this solicitation, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. Contractors may access SAM at https://www.sam.gov.
