FBO Sources Sought National Fire Protection ASSN (NFPA) Life Safety Code Essentials 101 course General Information GENERAL: This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY IAW Far Part 10. This Notice does not guarantee contract award to vendors that respond to the FBO Special Notice. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to deliver and integrate a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate products required and will help determine the most appropriate acquisition method. This RFI is for the National Fire Protection Life Safety Code Essentials 101 course. Off-site training session. This is a non-personnel service one time buy, firm-fixed price contract to provide Life Safety Code (NFPA 101) course for no more than 25 personnel within VISN 15 off-site at a specified location TBD in St. Louis, MO metropolitan area. The dates of the class will be from June 07-10, 2016. There will be no deviating from the dates listed. Contractor must be a current NFPA Certified Instructor and meet all specifications according to NFPA. Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials and supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Life Safety Code (NFPA 101) to obtain certification according to NFPA requirements. Scope: 4-day 2015 NFPA 101 Life Safety Code Essentials for Health Care with Certificate and Exam. Services include the instruction and material to accomplish the instructional and exam portion of this educational process. The Contractor shall accomplish 4-day 2015 NFPA 101 Life Safety Code Essentials for Health Care with Certificate and Exam as specified in the dates of performance. Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed in the Metropolitan St. Louis MO 63125 area. Period of Performance: June 07-10, 2016, Established dates are firm and will not be altered. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their capabilities and any descriptive product literature to explain their company, products provided, and any past performance information in relation instructing the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code Essentials for Health Care with Certificate and Exam. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time.
