- (11) A. Objective: To find sources that are qualified to meet the supplies/services as listed in section 11B. Note that the specific requirements in section C are subject to change prior to the release of any solicitation. B. Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications include the following nScrypt item numbers and descriptions: Item 900-1100-0T1 (nFDh), Item 900-1600-0T1 (Micro nMill), Item 900-1700-0T1 (nSpray), Item Number N/A (Solid State Laser at 1 micron or 1.5 micron wavelength. For sintering, the output will be a continuous wave (CW) laser with 200W CW. A fiber delivery option with a focusing lens and a spot size of 300um +/- 100um), Item Number N/A (Optical Train that includes collimator and adaptor, focusing setup and fixturing), Item Number N/A (Tool Changer Slave Connector that includes tool changer slave connector and mounting fixture, schematic of the master connector in existing tool plate C. Responses: All interested parties should notify this office by e-mail within the posted date. Responses shall include: (I) To what extent each of the specifications can be met. (II) Include your type of business (i.e. commercial, academia), whether your organization is classified as a large or small business based on the NAICS 150 employee size standard that accompanies NAICS code 423490. If a small business, you must also list any small disadvantaged status you hold [HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), etc.]. (III) Past experience/ performance through the description of completed projects. (12) Responses to this sources sought synopsis are due no later than 11:59 PM eastern standard time 27 April 2016.
