N62306-16-R-7003_Timer Module SOW Rev.B 04.18.2016 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION N62306-16-R-7003 MODULE, EARS & TIME MODULE, RECALIBRATION 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number N62306-16-R-7003 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-87-1, effective 18 April 2016 and DFARS Publication Notice 20160325. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334419 Other Electronic Component Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. 3. This is a restricted procurement. The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO), Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price contract with options to Seascan, Inc., Falmount, MA 02540, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Time based modules Part Number SISMTB version 4.0 and Module recalibration services will be procured through the life of the contract. Firm-fixed pricing should be submitted on the Cost Matrix/CLIN Structure form provided as Attachment 3 to this solicitation. The period of performance will consist of a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. FOB: Government Pickup, from Stennis Space Center, MS 39522-5001. 4. The procedures at FAR 13.106 apply to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical capability considered. 5. Offers are to be received via electronic mail (e-mail) no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Time on 5 MAY 2016. Submit offers to Ms. Tanya Burnett at tanya.burnett@navy.mil and with a copy to NAVO_STNS_CONTRACTS@nmci-isf.com. Please indicate N62306-16-R-7003 in the subject line.
