Description
Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC is seeking sources accredited as a Provider of Continuing Nursing Education by the Ameerican Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. The Labor and Delivery and Urgent Care Clinic at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC is seeking sources to perform triage and patient throughput evaluation, analyais, recommendations, implementation plan, training and implementation. Evaluation includes Point of Entry, middle and output procedsses impact for the purpose of identifying obstacles to mission fulfillment, business performance goals and risk reduction. The report and implementaiton plan phase requires a deliverable of a report of the assessment and analysis, and a collaborativly derived plan for Operational Imporvement. The provider shall have online hardwiring module educational training as well as workshop training session based on accepted recommendation for department triage improvements i.e. educatinal benefits to facility specific issues and processes. This shall be followed by on-site implementation sessions, coaching and modeling. Implementation is for assurance of continuous quality improvement and success of revised processes and procedures. WAMC requests a quality improvement web based program for the vendor and the departments to track the progress of process improvement recommendations. Travel for on-site evaluation, analysis, report, implementation plan presentation, on-site training workshops and on-site implementaiton prgram will be authorized according to the military Joint Travel Regulations. This would be a cost reimbursalbe contract line item.
