- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA Troop Support is conducting market research seeking to identify possible manufacturers that can supply an item similar to NSN 9160-00-881-8280 - Insulating Oil, Elec manufactured by Exxon Mobil Corporation (CAGE 0TS34) under part number P/N COOLANOL20. Interested contractors are requested to review the item description carefully to identify any potential manufacturing challenges and formulate any questions. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to gather information that will identify sources for the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced items under a long term, indefinite quantity contract. Interested contractors should submit a complete data package for the item on or before May 20, 2016 to Kelly Mitchell, DLA Troop Support - Construction and Equipment kelly.mitchell@dla.mil and/or Michael Pinckney michael.pinckney@dla.mil. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice. If a solicitation or solicitations would result, it/they would be synopsized on the FedBizOpps website and it would be the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for any such notices.
