- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, intends to issue a solicitation to all existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders for the ACQUISITION OF NON STANDARD AMMUNITION to procure the following: Line Item #, Cartridge/ Item, Weapon System, Quantity Ranges, Required Delivery Date 0001, 5.56mm Non-Toxic Man Marker Round (MMR), N/A, 127,190 - 381,570, 1 February 2016 0002, 5.56mm Non-Toxic MMR Linked, N/A, 147,460 - 442,380, 1 February 2016 0003, 9mm Non-Toxic MMR, N/A, 131,140 - 393,420, 1 February 2016 0004, 9mm MMR Glock 19 Kits, N/A, 70 - 210, 1 February 2016 0005, 5.56mm Non-Toxic LBBR, N/A, 125,000 - 375,000, 1 February 2016 0006, 5.56MM Non-Toxic LBBR Linked, N/A, 125,000 - 375,000, 1 February 2016 0007, 7.62mm LBBR Linked, N/A, 125,000 - 375,000, 1 February 2016 0008, 7.62mm LBBR M240 Conversion Kits, N/A, 70 -210, 1 February 2016 0009,.50 Cal Short Range Training Ammunition (SRTA), N/A, 145,000 - 435,000, 1 February 2016 Please note that only companies that have received previously established Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) awarded per responses received under applicable sources sought announcements will be issued a solicitation. If you believe you are capable of supplying the abovementioned Non-Standard Ammunition (NSA), please respond to the Government's open and continuous sources sought notice, W15QKN-16-X-02Q0 and follow the detailed instructions. Responses to the sources sought notice will be assessed to determine the contractor's capabilities, and if determined capable, the contractor will be awarded a BOA. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 16.703. The Government expects to award one Firm Fixed Price BOA Order to the offeror that provides these items at the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In addition, the Government will not pay for any information provided under this notice.
