Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source National Association for Trusted Exchange (NATE) Membership and NATE Blue Button for Consumers (NBB4C) Trust Bundle VA701-16-AP-0121 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements." The VA intends to solicit to the National Association of Trusted Exchange (NATE), 21213 Seneca Crossing Drive, Germantown, MD 20876; for the purchase of a one year membership with NATE including the NATE Blue Button for Consumers (NBB4C) Trust Bundle set up. The NAICS code for this procurement is 813920 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $15.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
