- NSN 4210 - 010560883 is for AFFF with QPL (Qualified Product List). This is a Firm Fixed Price Procurement for 575 DR. This material will be Stock. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be origin. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be Unrestricted. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is 21 April 2016. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLATS.
