Description
1. Will 54" doors would be acceptable instead of 56" doors? Yes 2. We can insulate the building but I would like to know if you wanting it in the walls, ceiling and floor or just the walls? Floors, walls, and ceiling. Insulation is primarily to protect from extreme weather conditions. 3. How many tiers of shelving are you needing inside each building? 2 Tiers of shelving. 4. Would each of these locations have the capability to unload these buildings on site, or would that cost need to be included in the quote as well ? No, the locations do not have the capability to offload the buildings. Offloading and installation is the contractors responsibility. 5. Which electrical Classification and Division? No electric 6. What substances will be stored in the building? The majority of stored substance is POL, solvents, and paint waste. 7. Which sensors are required in the building? None 8. Liquid detection? None 9. Heavier than air fume detection? None 10. Are explosion relief panels required? Yes 11. What type of fire suppression? None 12. Water, dry chem, Halon? None 13. Are fork lift tubes in the base desired for ease of moving the building? Yes 14. Is 24/7 ventilation needed with a back-up exhaust fan? No 15. Will the building need to be heated and/or air conditioned? No 16. Our standard building is 16 x 8 x 9, is this acceptable? Square footage as determined by length and width but cannot exceed 10% of original scope dimensions. Also, dimensions for length, width, and height cannot deviate more than 6in from original scope dimensions. Spacing is limited at these locations, therefore dimensions specified are critical. Please send cut sheets with building sizes and dimensions with quote. 17. You call out a partition wall, do you want this centered in the building? Yes 18. Does the partition wall need to be fire rated? Yes 19. You call out for insulation, but you have not requested any temperature control. Insulation will not provide any value to the building without heating/cooling options.
