DRRS-MC is a Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) only program that serves as the Marine Corps' readiness management system that provides near-real-time readiness information and assessments in conjunction with adaptive planning for commanders to use in making readiness assessments, planning, and operational decisions. It reports the readiness of forces from the lowest capability entity to high-level aggregations that allow commanders to report mission assessments, conduct sustainability and risk analyses, and carry out adaptive planning for the Marine Corps. Requests for Clarification (RFCs) will be accepted through 25 April 2016 at 0900 local time. RFCs should be submitted directly to the attention of the Contracting Officer (KO) at MCSC_ISI@usmc.mil subject line -M67854-16-R-4806 DRRS_MC RFP RFC. Answers to the RFCs will be provided through Amendments to the solicitation on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). Therefore, questions/comments shall not be marked with a restrictive legend and shall not include proprietary information. The Government is not obligated to provide responses to all RFCs, but will consider them and incorporate changes into the RFP as deemed necessary. Any Offeror planning to submit a proposal as a Prime contractor should submit an Intent to Propose no later than 14 days prior to the close of the solicitation. All Intents to propose should be submitted directly to the attention of the KO at MCSC_ISI@usmc.mil subject line - M67854-16-R-4806 DRRS-MC RFP Intent to Propose. Please include the Prime Contractor's name and any planned subcontractors/team members.
