- QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. What is the duration of the BPA? 1 year? 5 years? 5 Years 2. What is the format of the vendors quotes you are looking for? Price per day, week, month, Etc? Price per day. However, if Weekly or Monthly, discounts apply. Please provide. 3. We do not currently have the capability for the HVAC units, do we have to quote all items in order to be considered in the BPA? You do not have to quote all items to be considered. Consideration will be given to all who can provide their respective capabilities. Please provide proposals of all capabilities you can provide. 4. For the shower trailers and sink trailers, it mentions that there is no sewer available but is there any location on the base that waste water can be disposed of? Normally there is a treatment plant or other facility that the water can be taken to. There is a manhole that is approved to accept GRAY WATER ONLY. No BLACK WATER can be disposed of in that line. It is the contractor's responsibility to find a disposal location for BLACK WATER. 5. For the shower trailers and sink trailers there is no mention of fresh water. Is there a water source on site that can be utilized? There is no direct fresh water line at the location where the shower trailers would be staged. There is a city water hydrant in the training facility that can be used and a 2 inch fill line on the east side of post.
