- Attachment 2 - Drawings Attachment 4 - Wage Rates Attachment 1 - Specifications Attachment 3 - Hazardous Materials Assessment Solicitation AG-82FT-S-16-0013 The Fort Valley Experimental Forest Building Renovation project consists of a full or partial renovations of several historical residence buildings. Work includes, but is not limited to, repointing of rock foundations, selective structure demolition and hazardous materials abatement, rodent waste cleaning, construction of new cedar shingle roofs, structural construction, wood floor refinishing, door and window maintenance/refurbishing, installation of sheet vinyl flooring, replacement of plumbing fixtures, interior painting and finish work, exterior painting, installation of new hydronic heating systems, and electrical work. In addition, the work consists of removing and replacing the building foundation for one of the original dwellings at the Fort Valley Experimental Forest Headquarters - Gus Pearson residence. Other minor construction related to the foundation work will also be included. This project requires the Contractor to supply all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, freight and delivery, as well as all necessary licenses and permits required to complete the project in reasonably close conformity with the drawings and specification, and in accordance with the provisions of the contract. The allotted time for this contract is two hundred and ten (210) days from the notice to proceed. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for April 20th, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. MST. All participants must RSVP by April 19th, 2016 by contacting Anthony Salas at 970-498-1147 or by email at asalas@fs.fed.us. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 - $500,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or around April 11th, 2016. The due date will be identified on the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Anthony Salas at asalas@fs.fed.us no later than May 6th, 2016.
