- The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. Base Work for this project involves installation of a heat recovery variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system with a minimum efficiency rating of 20 SEER at the Wolf Creek Job Corps Vocational Building # 2102. The address is 2010 Opportunity Lane, Glide OR 97443. Option Work for this project involves installation of ductless heat pump systems at the Tiller Ranger District Government Housing #1092 and #1051. New and replacement units shall have a HSPF of 9.0 or greater and be Energy Star rated. The address is 27812 Tiller Trail Highway Tiller, OR 97484. The Government's estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. A performance bond (100 percent) and payment bond (100 percent) will be required after award. This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Biobased Preferred Program (FB4P). Note: prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base prior to award. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM system.
