- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Shipyard Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure various clothing items listed below to be shipped to the Norfolk, Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315220 (Men's and Boys cut and sew apparel manufacturing) and the procurement will be unrestricted. The contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001: Men's T-Shirt Qty. 2200 each The solicitation number will be SPMYM1-16-Q-0056. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 15 April 2016 quotes close on 12 May 2016. All product samples are due no later than 05 May 2016, and quotations may be faxed to the attention of Nakia Gregory at fax number 757-396-8017 or emailed to her at Nakia.gregory@navy.mil. Any questions must be written and sent by email provided above. Please make sure that the solicitation number (SPMYM1-16-Q-0056) is included in the subject line of any email correspondence. Emails without subject lines will not be read because of security issues. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available by downloading the documents at either www.neco.navy.mil or www.fedbizopps.gov, as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
