- Example of installation of safe at another facility. USACE will construct the counter with sufficient support for safe. Amendment 0003 - Amendment adds to SOW and Q&A sections to provide additional details on delivery/installation Safe will be installed on a counter approximately 36' above floor. Counter will be constructed by USACE personnel with support and bracing sufficient to bear weight of loaded safe. Vendor is asked to supply diagram of mounting holes in advance of delivery.
