Conformed Copy of Solicitation W911S8-16-R-0003A-0003 with Qty & Date Admin Changes Only, 15 Apr 2016 Summary of Changes to Solicitation W911S8-16-R-0003A-0003 with Qty & Date Admin Changes Only, 15 Apr 2016 Technical Exhibit 07 - Service Price List with Qty & Date Admin Changes, 15 Apr 2016 This FBO Amendment 0003 to Solicitation W911S8-16-R-0003A is published to make administrative changes to the CLIN quantities and dates in both the performance schedule and Tech Exhibit 7 - Service Price List as a result of the changes addressed in Amendment 0002. This FBO Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W911S8-16-R-0003A is published to lift the solicitation suspension and add past experience as technical factor for award. Troop Appliance Maintenance & Repair of and Dryer Duct Cleaning at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington is currently soliciting for commercial sources capable of providing complete non-personal services on JBLM for the maintenance and repair of ~8,948 appliances (Dishwashers, Washers, Dryers, Ice Dispensers, Over-the-stove Microwaves (Install and Disconnect Only), Range Ovens) and cleaning of ~1,856 dryer ducts. This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to award a to a single qualified vendor, a 4 Year (One base year, + 3 option years), Firm Fixed Price, Option Contract (Base Year, plus up to four additional one year options) under FAR Part 12 (Commercial Services) with FAR Part 13.5 procedures (Streamlined Acquisition). The awardee will be the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The anticipated period of Performance is 06/01/2016 to 03/31/2020 with a 4-day Phase-In prior: Phase-In: 26-May-16 through 31-May-16 Base Period: 01-Jun-16 through 31-Mar-17 1st Option Period: 01-Apr-17 through 31-Mar-18 2nd Option Period: 01-Apr-18 through 31-Mar-19 3rd Option Period: 01-Apr-19 through 31-Mar-20 Foreign Participation is not allowed. Any awardee, at the time of the period of performance, will be required to meet any/all security requirements to perform services on a Federal Military Facility. A site visit was completed on 28 JAN 16. DISCLAIMER: The vendor proposing must clearly identify any information it considers sensitive or proprietary. All information received in response to this solicitation that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. Proposals to this solicitaiton will not be returned. Vendors that Propose are solely responsible for all expenses associated and incurred by responding to this solicitation. The Government does not require any cost for participating in this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Description of Services: The contractor shall plan, program, administer, manage, and execute the work necessary to provide the specified services for inspection, maintenance, installation (into existing areas; construction not required), disconnection, and repair of specified appliances. Dryer Vent Services include vent system maintenance and cleaning for specified Government facilities, primarily Unaccompanied Housing (UH). Please refer to Part 5 of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific tasks for this requirement. The contractor shall comply with applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes, technical manuals, manufacturer's instructions and recommendations, and acceptable commercial practices in the performance of the services.
