Notice of Award Solicitation Number: VA261-16-R-0139 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, awarded a contract to McCann Contracting, Inc., 14205 South 30th Avenue, Bellevue, NE 68123 for the procurement of services for maintenance, inspection, repairs, and testing of emergency generators for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System under the authority of Public Law 109-461 (Veterans First Contracting Program); 38 USC 8127 (Small Business Concerns owned and controlled by veterans: contracting goals and preferences); FAR Part 6.302-5(b)(6) Authorized or Required by Statute, Sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657f). The contract is for a base year, plus one (1) option year. This is not a request for competitive proposals. See attached Justification and Approval.
