- Description
- This is a firm fixed price contract. This procurement is for the quantity 125ea NSN 5340-01-131-0509. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source Sykorsky Aircraft Corporation. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304C (1). Item is sole source to Sykorsky Aircraft Corporation (78286) under part number 65123-11222-104 and it is anticipated award will be made via delivery order against a Basic Order Agreement (BOA). If other than the BOA source can meet the Government's needs and successfully be approved as a source for this item at the time of award, request a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) should be made to Carlos Lopez at 215-737-8343 or e-mail a request to carlos.lopez@dla.mil and a copy of the formal solicitation will be posted on the DIBBS website https://www. dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The Buy American Act applies. This acquisition is being procured as an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis. Delivery beginning 450 days. Delivery will be made to the DLA Distribution Cherry Point, Phantom Rd Bldg 147 BAY A Cherry Point NC 28533-5040. Anticipated Award date April/2016 The purpose of this amendment is to change the quantity. The requirement has change to 125 ea. 03/14/16 This solicitation is hereby extended until April 27, 2016.
