Description

The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of five (5) years for approximatley 5,400 ANSI/BOMA square feet / 6,290 Rentable square feet of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 6,290 Rentable square feet at 924 Russell Drive in Lebanon, Pennsylvania which expires on May 22, 2016 under GSA Lease No. GS-03B-LPA06322. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease.
