- MICC Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Oak Ridge Foundation Inc. for meals, life guard services, and nursing services for 520 JROTC cadets and 100 cadre attending a JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) conducted at Oak Ridge Military Academy during the period of 13-24 June 2016.
