- RFP HSCG84-16-R-AA5476 Amendment 0001 - SF1449 (Page 1 of 60) RFP HSCG84-16-R-AA5476 Amendment 0001 The U. S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistic Center (SILC) is procuring Full Food Services at U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) in Yorktown, VA. This requirement will be a Total Small Business set-aside. The total contract value is estimated between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The contractor shall provide all labor, food, personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, and other items or services (except as stated in the performance work statement) necessary to provide Full Food Services at U.S. Coast Guard TRACEN Yorktown, VA. The Government will award a contract for this request for proposal to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The anticipated contract award date is 1 June 2016 with the period of performance for the base period beginning on or about 1 July 2016 through 31 May 2017, and with four one-year option periods, if exercised, (1 June 2017 through 31 May 2021). The NAICS Code is 722310 (Food Service Contractors) and the size standard is $38.5M. The Request for Proposal (RFP) HSCG84-16-R-AA5476 will be available on or about 21 March 2016; with offers due by 4 P.M. EDST on 21 April 2016. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. All vendors will be responsible for obtaining the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from www.fbo.gov.
